Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of the County Court Business Centre for experienced customer service representatives to join their helpdesk team.
These positions will be split between working the office in Northampton town centre, and working from home on a rota system.
These roles are long term temporary contracts initially until April 2021 but will be extended.
Duties include but not restricted to:
- Field calls from the public seeking assistance issuing or responding to Civil Money Claims
- Keeping regular contact with court staff at processing sites throughout the country
Successful candidates will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, previous customer service experience and able to work within a confidential enviroment.
Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00, Monday to Friday, a total 37 hours per week.
The hourly rate of pay is £9.78 per hour.
Please note candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check, and 3 years referencing.
