Our client, a well-established business in the transport industry are currently recruiting for a helpdesk advisor responsible for responding to queries from their clients. The company provide introduction as well as on the job training for the right candidate. This position is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm full time. Salary dependant on experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to show skills of independent working as well as that of working with a team. Excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Problem solving and attention to detail. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the transport industry along with a CPC qualification (not essential), but you will need to be eager to learn and retain information well.
This company offers flexible working in the office and at home during this time. Full time office based once everything is safe to do so and their office is based in Bradford.
