Job Description

Do you love I.T? If you do then this could be the job for you!

The role involves dealing with 1st line I.T faults, queries, requests etc via the phone, email and the help desk software.

Escalating calls to either the 2nd line technical support team or an external provider.

Raising purchase orders for hardware, proactive site calling and various other I.T related tasks.

There will also be an element of administration so previous experience of excel and word would be great.

If you are currently working in I.T in a junior role and would like to step up to a non-junior or senior position or someone who has a keen interest in I.T but have previous customer service experience this could be your chance to get your feet on the first step of the ladder.

Our client wants someone who is a team player, enthusiastic, calm under pressure, problem solver and an influencer.

MITS: IT EXPERIENCE, EXPERIENCED IN WORD AND EXCEL, CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, NO JOB HOPPERS

The salary is between £24,000 - £26,000
The benefits include: 22 days holiday going up to 25 free parking, pension, save as you earn scheme & sick pay
