Are you an experienced Helpdesk Operator? If the answer is yes, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Operator to join our Client who are well known in the IT industry based in Milton Park, Oxford. We are looking for someone who is very organized and good at planning. Also, someone who will help support Desktop and internet connectivity and help to assist in the training and mentoring of new HD staff.

This role is paying £10.50 per hour and is a temporary contract starting from 23rd of April to the 26th July. They are seeking 2 positions to be filled in this role. This position is standard office working hours of Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 17.00pm.

Desirable skills require.

Training Experience

MAC OS Knowledge/Experience

RM Assessor Knowledge

Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities.

First and second Line proactive and reactive helpdesk support to ADS E-Marking examiners and awarding bodies.

Any suitable candidates for this role will be asked to complete a technical test before starting.
