Job Description
Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our client in East Belfast who have a vacancy for a Help Desk Service Controller
Job Duties
- Working in a dynamic department and key to the smooth running of the company, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of day-to-day activities within the service department.
- The role involves receiving customer support requests,
- Dispatching calls to our team of field-based engineers and related administrative work.
Criteria / Requirements
- A background in customer service.
- An ability to work well within a busy team environment.
- Good organisational skills, with an attention to detail.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- IT literate with good keyboard skills.
- Previous experience of a similar role would be preferable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Good numeracy and literary skills, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.
