For this particular role we're looking for staff in our Wallington HQ covering premises across the London area.
As a Helpdesk Operator your new role is the first point of contact when something goes wrong. It's OK if something goes wrong though….. That's what we're here for!
It could be an Electrical fault or the Air Con has broken or a dozen other problems. Our lovely clients will pick up the phone and get through to you. You will control the situation keeping calm you'll log all the details find out all the info you need to know reassure the clients that it will all be sorted soon and pick up the phone to our Engineers.
With a little bit of inside knowledge you'll allocate the job the best engineer for the job, they will get on it as soon as soon as possible - Problem solved!
We currently have a few shift patterns available. Monday - Friday 10am-7pm and the other alternating weekly between 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm.
For you to be a perfect fit we're looking for somebody who has been in a call handling environment before. You will be juggling multiple jobs and at times the phones can be running off the hook so we need somebody who can handle a high volume of calls and who can cope with occasional high levels of pressure.
Essential requirements for the position would be previous exposure to call handling in a fast paced environment and excellent communication skills.
You will be on the phone a lot so a clear friendly voice is essential!
