Job Description

Manchester- Helpline
Immediate Start- Temporary 3 month temporary contract.
35 hours per week- Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
Remote working

Our Client, a unique and highly influential national service, is recruiting for Helpline System Support advisor's to join their team. The helpline provides a single point of contact, telephone and email advice, information and support all staff across the business.

I am currently recruiting for advisro's to join a challenging and rewarding team based in Salford to help support the 1st line support team.
You will be the single point of contact providing advice, guidance and support over the phone with new user set up and account permission changes, rota pattern building, system audit tasks and much more in line with system support across the business. . This role is very fast paced and has high levels of demand, you will be liaising with all kinds of support services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
-Passion for providing excellent customer service
-Good attention to detail
-Computer literate- experience of front-end application
-Strong work ethic
-Great organisation and prioritising abilities
