Job Description


Brook Street are excited to be recruiting for the Land Registry for a HEO. The role is a temporary one, 3 months, but on a full-time basis for at least 30hrs a week, Monday to Friday.

This role is for anyone, with the requisite skills, who is interested in joining a key delivery role within the LLC Programme team.

The role will require you, but not be limited to, to carry out the following:
" Supervise the production activity based in Nottingham office -including leadership of people, supervision of up to 20 contract AOs and creating and implementing practical plans to deliver scanning, digitisation and data issue resolution to challenging timescales and quality standards
" Adapt quickly to changing priorities- by switching scanning and digitisation activity as required, being responsive to business needs
" Support continuous improvement on scanning and digitisation activity, actively looking to adapt practical processes to gain efficiencies in scanning and digitisation on each LA scan
" Assist stakeholders with metrics and production information to influence delivery decisions, escalation key information as required
" Assist external stakeholders with return of data within agree service level agreements
Work effectively with subject matter experts across the LLC Programme team by providing scanning and digitisation data and updates on request and seeking input to practical plans being implemented if necessary

As an HEO, the role requires you to have:
" Line Management experience
" Existing mapping skills- ability to create spatial extents and make risk-based judgements on evidence supplied
" Effective interpersonal and communication skills
" Ability to work with colleagues to deliver common goals
" Effective problem-solving skills
" Possess good customer service skills
" Have a high standard of written and oral communications
" Experience of working to tight and changeable deadlines
" Experience of operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


The role is not envisaged to require travel and applicants will be expected to be based on site in Nottingham office daily.
The role is a temporary one, 3 months, but on a full-time basis for at least 30hrs a week, Monday to Friday, £18.34/hr.

The role is to start ASAP dependent on passing checks including a Basic DBS and 3yrs referencing.
