Job Description

HEO Programme Workforce Officer

Pay - £12.08 - £17.67 after 12 weeks

Location - central London

Duration - temporary ongoing role

The Programme Workforce Manager supports the Programme Workforce Manager in ensuring that plans are up to date, and that the Workforce Planning Team anticipates requirements and opportunities in advance, minimising reactive solutions and enhancing flexible deployment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead on the collation of data to support resourcing decisions, budget forecasts, resource management and workforce planning;
  • Understand changes in resource requirements and forecasts and translate this into data to maintain accurate records of requirements
  • Analyse and interpret data to support decision making
  • Manage the development and maintenance of data records, the delivery of timely MI and both standard and ad hoc reports;
  • Maintain oversight of all vacancies ensuring continuity of services and delivery;
  • Engage with and create strong relationships across the business with all key internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support the Programme Workforce Manager with the continuous review of the programme's resourcing requirements to ensure that they remain aligned to emerging requirements;

Experience

  • Previous data management experience and strong data management skills
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Data management and solutions

Technical

  • Undertaking analysis and providing insight
  • Verification and validation of data and analysis
  • User-centred analysis
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
