On behalf of our Public Sector client, we are recruiting for two temporary Higher Executive Officers initially on a three month basis working remotely.
For this role, you will be required to demonstrate the following in experience:
- Significant experience of B2B segment management
- Being able to influence and build relationships at senior level
- Being an advocate for customers and about to influence decision making
- Able to drive and deliver change for enhanced customer experience
- Able to capture accurate customer insight data and effectively analyse and communicate findings
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to see the bigger picture
- Understand change and improving
- Have leadership experience
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Be able to manage a quality service
CIM or Marketing qualification would be advantageous.
This role will be offering a non-negotiable pay rate of £17.55 per hour. Availability to start as soon as possible is essential along with access to IT/Office 365, good internet access and suitable place to work.
