Job Description

My client, a successful, face to face fundraising company that work with hospices, hospitals and national charities in the health sector, is actively seeking Door to Door Fundraisers to join their team in Hereford, actively contributing to making a difference to the future of these charities.

Choosing to work with Charities they believe they can make a difference to, they are seeking committed and passionate sales people to join their team covering the Hereford area in its entirety.

The role of a Charity Fundraiser is a difficult but very rewarding role, but you will be provided with comprehensive training and mentoring across the board.

Each week you will cover a different area in Herefordshire or work a venue or event, and your job will be door-to-door canvassing or event selling with your main aim being signing-up donors to play in weekly lotteries/prize draws, paying by direct debit.

You will be provided with a work iPad and ID in order for you to possess the tools to do your job well. You will also be provided with the opportunity to see, first hand, the impact of your work.

This is not a commission-only based company and they believe in providing not only a basic hourly wage of £9.62 working 30 hours a week, but also setting attainable targets earning you monthly commission. In this sense, you control how much you earn each week as the commission is uncapped - it`s down to your selling abilities and work ethic.

Candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car. You have some flexibility with the working hours which can be explained to you following your application and is intended for those looking for a permanent position.

Sales or fundraising experience is ideal but not compulsory.
This position has the ability to move very quickly, meaning if you are successful you can be starting your new position ASAP. If you are contacted on the phone following your application and want to proceed following a brief chat, the company are committed to calling you for a formal telephone interview within 4 working hours, which will lead to a face to face interview if successful.

This is an exciting and challenging role that would suit a driven, reliable and tenacious individual looking to join the Charity Sector. For the right candidate, this can be an immediate start.

To be immediately considered, apply now or, send your updated CV Alternatively you can call 01905 731591 and ask for Kieran for more details.
