Driver/Relief Batcher

I am looking for a permanent Driver/Relief Batcher to join a well-established company based in Coatbridge.

We will consider drivers who are looking to get their Class 1 however you must have a clean Category B driving licence to be considered for the role.

The driving position will form the main focus of the role. This is a specialist position, and you will be trained to the highest level to safely operate both a bulk powder tanker and a silo placement lifting equipment vehicle. You will be operating state of the art equipment on a modern FORS Gold accredited delivery fleet, delivering to all the UK`s major housebuilders and blue-chip construction companies in Scotland.

The Relief Batcher role will entail covering holiday and absence for the Plant Supervisors. You will be trained in the operation of the M-Tec mixing plant and the Ventilex sand drying systems and will be responsible for the day to day running of the factory control room. The hours of work are rotating 8 hours shifts, morning and afternoon.
