A full time, temporary position has become available to work in Liverpool City Centre within a Government body as a Higher Executive Officer working 37 hours per week. The worker will be paid at £9.51, rising to £12.48 per hour after 12 weeks. This role for approx. 3 Months.
The key responsibilities are but not limited to:
o Recording the details of breaches onto the database and creating an audit file on the necessary systems
o Completing risk assessments on each reported incident
o Conducting investigations into the circumstances surrounding the reported breaches
o Communicating with various stakeholders via telephone and email as part of the investigation into the breaches in order to fully understand the circumstances
o Regular briefings and updates to colleagues within the Complaints and Investigations team Regular team meetings with colleagues for updates on statistics and investigations
o Working with the department to resolve and close the breach and prevent the breach reoccurring in the future.
