Brook Street are recruiting for a Higher Executive Officer to work for a well-established public-sector organisation. We are looking for someone with a complaints handling background and/or a service design background to fulfil this role.
If successful duties include:
-Developing a process and policy on dealing with complaints and difficult customers
-Document a process and a publishable policy on dealing with complaints and allegations customers make
-Writing correspondence on how to deal with the complaints and how employers and the organisation should conduct themselves
- Document a process and a publishable policy where correspondence (via any channel) is deemed offensive, including a definition of what the organisation considered offensive and a tiered strategy of action according to the nature or number of occurrences
- Pull together something descriptive to explore what the organisation does in the situation of repeat requesters, this will also link to the compliance process
The successful candidates will demonstrate:
-Experience in publishing policy documents
-Complaints handling background
-Service design background
This is a full time, temporary role, initially for 2 months with opportunity of extension. The role is Monday to Friday, ideal office hours and they are looking for successful candidates to start as soon as possible.
