Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant - Central Government
Type: Long-term temporary Salary: £12.97 / hour

Brook Street has been chosen as a recruitment partner to hire temporary admin and clerical workers for central government departments and the public sector across the UK. We're currently looking for an experienced, professional Personal Assistant for a government department.
This is an ongoing, long-term temporary assignment, working Monday - Friday 9-5 and many of these opportunities offer a significant pay increase on completion of 12 weeks in the same department.
Providing high-level, diverse secretarial and administrative support to one or two key senior managers, your duties will include:
" Diary management, including prioritisation of appointments
" Pre-empt and present solutions to risks and issues
" Minute Taking
" Keeping the department's knowledge hub up to date
" As well as various other standard PA duties
