Job Description

Brook Street are proud to be once again supporting the Marine Management Organisation in their search for a temporary Higher Executive Officer.

If you specialise in Tracking and Data Analysis and have strong experience in Invoice & Resource reporting then I want to hear from you!

We are looking for candidates who also have strong experience with Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables and Process Flow.

You'll currently be working from home but will be able to work from the office in Newcastle Upon Tyne when allowed.

Flexi working hours between 7:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday - 37 hours per week and a pay rate of £15.17 per hour.

You will provide middle management support and operate with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgement in completing assignments.

Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

- Preparing high-level correspondence and checking that produced by others

- Interpreting and reporting complex data

- Resolving problems or responding to complex enquiries

- Arranging meetings, Onboarding / Assisting Recruitment Team

- Managing the workload of a team or section

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at senior level building and maintaining relationships

- Able to work alone and unsupervised if necessary

- Typical qualifications and experience:

- Five GCSE passes at Grade C or above

- Two A level passes at grade E or above or equivalent

- NVQ Management Level 3 or 4 (or suitable management experience)

- Good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office

- Management experience in an office environment

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written

- Excellent organisational skills and experience in working with confidential data and information
