The role of the home manager will be to implement care plans, assist with rotas and manage approximately 10 staff. The service will be supporting individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Your day to day duties will be report writing, attending meetings, inducting new workers and rota management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a registered manager and have an understanding of CQC legislation. You will be pro-active and reliable and be able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in!
You will have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have a DBS on the update service that would be ideal and we would love to hear from you!
