Seeking a new challenge or to develop your career?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced or developing Home Manager to oversee a Residential Home, in the Burnley Area.

You will be working for a for an established and award-winning charity organisation that provides care, accommodation and support services for older people. This home is based in a beautiful location and they offer short breaks, recuperation, respite and long-term care and offer various facilities including full en-suite rooms, hair and beauty salon, landscaped gardens and mini bus services for outings.

This role will be permanent and responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth running of the home, adhering to relevant CQC legislation, all management duties including management of staff of which there are 100 staff employed (support and care staff/domestics Activity Co-ordinators). Your knowledge and experience of managing a large residential home will be ideal and so will your proven track record of achieving Good and Outstanding CQC reports.

This role is a full-time position, 37.5 hours with an exciting salary of £52,725 in addition to bonus, Holiday entitlement, Personal Development and Life assurance.
