The role of Home Manager (RGN Qualified) is based in Carmarthenshire, within a purpose-built service designed specifically to meet the needs of 60 residents requiring elderly, dementia nursing care.

We are looking for exceptional experience, motivation and a passion to deliver exceptional person centred care through your care and clinical teams.

Essential
Nurse qualified (NMC Registered/UK Pin No)
Previous experience within an elderly dementia/nursing care service
Experience and knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards
A decision maker - with strong organisational and communication skills
