Fantastic development opportunity to manage a small home for Young People with Mental Health needs, within the Cumbria area.

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager or Registered Manager for a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a lovely small home for Young People, within the Cumbria area.

You will be an experienced Manager, with a background in residential services for Young People, including experience of working at Deputy Manager level or above. You will have some experience of working with Young People who have mental health needs and behaviours which may challenge. You will be passionate about supporting people with needs, and will inspire and motivate the staff team to deliver an exceptional service.

You will work with a very supportive senior management team, who will help you develop your skills and knowledge in the role.

This position has an exciting salary in addition to great working hours and opportunity for development.
