Job Description

Do you have strong knowledge of CQC and clear leadership skills? Do you have your Level 5 LMC or Equivalent?

This is the role for you!

I am currently working with a well established care home located in West Leeds. They are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to manage one of the care homes at this site.

Main Responsibilities-
1. Provide management of the day-to-day running of the home.
2. To manage the service users care
3. To manage the premises
4. To manage the staff and guide them, to become the best they can.
5. Administration and Finance


Requirement-
*Must have Level 5 LMC or equivalent.
*Strong, clear leadership skills and staff management experience.
*Hold a current driving license.
*Minimum of two years experience of working as a registered manager of a residential dementia home.
*Good administrative skills and must be computer literate
