A small care provider that has 4 homes within the group are looking for a manager for one of their homes.

The home manager will be responsible for increasing occupancy, manage and motivate the staff team. relationship building with relatives and external agencies. CQC compliance.

You would have run an independent nursing home before and understand budgets and finances. There will be a clinical lead for support and also an Operations Manager to support you.
