My client is a thriving independent residential school and charity nestled in the countryside outside of Stourbridge.
Providing innovative and experiential education, developed out of the inspiration from the companies founders. They support young people, 6 - 19 years of age, with complex learning needs including autism and PDA. On-site resources include a state of the art sensory interrogating suite and family accommodation along with resident carers, teachers and psychologists, therapists and healthcare professionals.
They are now looking for a Home Manager to lead and manage a house within their social care provision, enabling, inspiring and developing an outstanding hoe for children and young people in accordance with The Children`s Home (England0 regulations 2015 and Quality Standard`s for Children;s Homes. The successful candidate will oversee a care team and would be fully supported in the career development.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a Children`s hoe at a senior level and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and have a desire to work towards attaining a Level 5 Diploma.
Although challenging, working with my client is incredibly rewarding, in return they offer an exciting salary ranging from £33,000 to £35,000 as well as a private pension scheme.
