** Looking for a strong Senior or Deputy looking to take a step up and to become a Registered Home Manager **
** £27,000 - £30,000 **
** Full induction, all training and Level 5 in Health and Social Care **
** Working within a small bedded elderly home **

BS Social Care is recruiting for a Registered Manager for a elderly residential home with the Coventry area of Warwickshire. We are looking for a candidate who is either currently a Registered Home Manager or, someone looking to take a step up from a strong Senior or Deputy who feels a Registered Manager is the next move for them. This is a great opportunity for the new post holder to put their mark on this home

The employer owns approx 4 homes providing the same car including other areas of care.

The role will entail managing all aspects of the home, the staff and the clients. The role will be discussed during interview in more detail.

The ideal candidate will have the following;

- Driver
- Care/Managerial qualifications
- Managerial experience as a Registered Manager (or very strong experience as a Senior or a Deputy who has been taking on Home Manager duties)
- Experience of working with the elderly OR someone has been a Registered Manager and now wanting to working the elderly.

This is a full time and permanent role offering £27,000 - £30,000.
