£80,000 pa + Incentive/bonus and benefits package

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation at one of their "flagship" newly opened services as the Home Manager based in Oxfordshire.

The home itself opened mid 2021, receiving a great response from the local authorities, external agencies and potential residents - with a great deal of work put in by the commissioning Manager and his team at the time the home has a great standing to now move into 2021 - its next quarter

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager, who has the knowledge and background to continue this great "opening" moving it forward as it establishes itself from its location in Didcot, Hertfordshire

With homes and services throughout the UK this organisation is a leading care provider, privately owned with an outstanding back office, regional and head office team supporting the homes

You will need to be a supportive Manager, this will be a new team of clinical and care staff and your role will involve supporting, directing and overseeing the home as a whole. With of course, the support of your clinical leadership and management team

We are able to consider BOTH nurse qualified and Non nurse qualified Home Managers for this role!

£80,000 + bonus/benefits package
