We are looking for an experienced, Nurse Qualified Home Manager for a leading provider of specialist clinical, dementia and nursing care in the Swansea Area

The service is registered for residential, elderly & nursing care

We are looking for a Home Manager who is passionate about supporting people with dementia and other complex nursing and residential care needs. Your experience as a Home Manager will enable you to lead, support and motivate your busy care, clinical and management team.

Your commitment to quality assurance and person centred care will allow you to "lead from the front" ensuring your team provide the best possible care available

It is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with NMC Registration/UK Pin No
