We are working with one of the UK's leading independent providers of adult care services including elderly, dementia, nursing, and specialist care within their services based around the UK.

The role of Home Manager (RGN Qualified) is based in Ammanford in Carmarthenshire, within a purpose-built service designed specifically to meet the needs of 60 residents requiring elderly, dementia nursing care.

We are looking for exceptional experience, motivation and a passion to deliver exceptional person centred care through your care and clinical teams.

Essential

• Nurse qualified (NMC Registered/UK Pin No)
• Previous experience within an elderly dementia/nursing care service
• Experience and knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards
• A decision maker - with strong organisational and communication skills
