We are working with a leading care provider of residential care, predominantly in the elderly, residential and dementia care sector on their search for a new Home Manager in their service based centrally in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

Essential

• We are looking for experience! Your ability to lead, develop and manage a care team to ensure the best possible care available to residents and their family is essential.
• Qualified to Level 4/5 (or equivalent) in Adult care
• Able to commute/travel to Lincoln
• Experience in working with external and internal stakeholders.
