We are working with an independent provider on their search for a Home Manager, following the retirement of their current Home Manager who has been with them for over 20 years!

This is one of the only "family run" independent services in the local area and as such has a really "homely" feel. They pride themselves on the fact that when residents have to consider residential care - their "address" is what changes - they should and are still in control of their own lives, are able to choose what they do or don't do, but with the added support and feeling of security and safety.

Its a great place to live as a resident and 20 years in post shows how much the current Home Manager has enjoyed her role - with a good CQC rating and renovations and refurbishments taking place this is a great opportunity for a Home Manager to take the lead within the service and move forward.
