This is great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager who is RMN or RNLD (or equivalent qualified) with NMC Registration to manage this small, friendly service for 10 adult residents with learning disabilities.

Its essential that person centred care is provided to enable residents to live as independently as possible whilst receiving the best possible quality care available to them. There are some complex needs but its important that these needs are met to ensure each individual is able to achieve all they want to within their lives.

Essential

• Nurse qualified
• Experienced in managing learning disability residential service previously proven leadership skills
• an understanding of the regulatory requirements to ensure a good CQC rating is achieved.
