Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager, to take on an award winning response home in the Kirkby Stephen and Penrith area, as the Registered Home Manager of a six bedded response home.

Working for a childcare organisation providing care, education and therapy services to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives resulting in emotional behavioural difficulties and requiring a high level of intervention.

You will be passionate about supporting younger people, with the drive and determination to maintain an excellent service, and work towards Outstanding at their next inspection.

You will be working with a like-minded passionate team, who are keen to support and develop everyone to thrive, and achieve their ambitions. You will be valued as a Key member of the team.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, relevant management experience and outdoor activity experience would be preferred.

This is a full time position with a salary of up to £42,360 in addition to excellent benefits and development.
