Job Description

Home Manager needed with a nursing qualification and mental health experience needed for a well established provider of residential and nursing care in the community since 1983. The service provides nursing and residential care for adults to elderly on a 24 hour basis. The home cares for up to 30 clients with mental health needs, learning disabilities and Dementia under the age of 65.

The Manager is required to provide effective clinical leadership and management and it is their responsibility to secure, sustain and promote the reputation of the home. To ensure the delivery of high quality holistic care and to create a caring environment conducive to individual needs and practise research development within the framework of quality assurance.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following;

- Professional relevant qualifications; RGN or RMN or RNLD
- Minimum 3 years post registration
- Experience of managing a team
- Good working knowledge of CQC

As salary of up to o £41,000 will be offered for this role and benefits will be discussed at interview stage.

This is for a permanent full time Monday - Friday and not a temporary agency role.
