Job title: Home Office - Lateral Flow Tester (Covid Testing)
Location: Sheffield, Foundry House - Home Office
Pay rate: £12.48 p/h
Length: 8 weeks with a likelihood to extend the contract (subject to performance)
Hours: Full time 37 hours - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 (must be flexible)

***URGENT START DATE***

We are looking for Lateral Flow Testers to support Home Office with on-site Covid testing. This is to support Home Office employees and not the general public.

The job role involves supporting participants through the end-to-end testing experience and supporting wider site operations.

Full PPE and strict infection control measures will be employed in order to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

It's a great short-term job role with an amazing pay rate working within one of the Government's establishments.

Responsibilities and Duties:
" Meet and greet Participants
" Ensure social distancing in maintained in Participant queuing areas
" Provide verbal instruction on how to complete self-swabbing
" Deal with Participant queries
" Receive samples and prepare for analysis
" Time samples and indicate when ready for sample analysis
" Data entry - enter results

Desired Skills and Traits:
" Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
" High attention to detail and strong time keeping skills
" Ability to follow the strict guidelines and procedures required
" Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including physically standing for protracted periods.

Desired Certification:
A Valid First-Aid Certificate (Certified by British Red Cross or St John's Ambulance)
