Job Description

BS Social Care are recruiting for 2 hard working, experienced support workers to work within a floating support service based in Wakefield.

This position is 37 hours per week, Monday- Friday. Your hours of work will be 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs then an early finish of 4:30 on Friday. Please note, this is a temporary, on going position.

Your main duties will be risk assessing and writing, working on IT systems, providing telephone support and going on joint visits and completing referral forms.

In order to succeed in this role, you must be computer literate and be able to communicate well on all levels.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following-
-DBS on the update service, or willing to pay £46 for one through Brookstreet
- Provide proof of eligibility
- Provide 2 recent references to cover the last 2 years
- Provide valid ID, one with a photograph

- 6 months relevant experience

A driver is desirable.

The pay for this role is £10.00 per hour, and you will also accrue holiday pay and pension.
