What You'll Do:

  • Engage with rough sleepers through direct outreach and regular visits to key locations

  • Complete risk and needs assessments and develop tailored support plans

  • Provide advice and advocacy to help clients access housing and services

  • Work in partnership with other agencies to deliver coordinated support

  • Participate in early morning, evening, and weekend shifts (on a rota)

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work

Why Work With Us?

  • Free monthly training & career development

  • 27 days annual leave + birthday off (rising to 30 days)

  • Up to 6 free counselling sessions + wellbeing support

  • Staff discounts at our shops, bike workshops & Blue Light Card access

  • Competitive pension & health benefits

  • Regular supervision and reflective practice sessions
