📍 Location: Exeter | 🕒 Tues-Sat | Includes early mornings, evenings & weekends
🚗 Driver essential - Full UK licence + access to a car (business insurance required)

Looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference?

We're looking for a compassionate, proactive individual to support people sleeping rough in Exeter. You'll work out in the community and in emergency accommodation, helping clients take the first step off the streets and into safety.

You'll build relationships through person-centred outreach, support clients with immediate needs, and connect them to housing and specialist services. This is an active role that includes walking in all weather and working some unsocial hours as part of a rota.

What You'll Need

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or those with complex needs

• Confidence working independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
