Job Description

A government organisation based in Horley requires an experienced Complaints Officer to work as part of a dynamic team to deliver an effective service supporting managers and staff in managing complaints

You ideally would have worked in a similar Complaints and Customer Service role within the public sector which focuses on resolving complaints with communication skills and knowledge of complex administrative procedures.
