Job Description
We are currently working with a leading private clinic in the Marylebone area of London, recruiting for a Hormone Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. This role will suit someone with existing clinic exposure and knowledge of hormones. You will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of this prestigious clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient running of Doctors consultations both face to face and over the phone
- Delivering excellent clinical and administrative support to medical professionals
- Keep patients informed of updates to clinic procedures, policies and pricing
To be considered for this role:
- Track record of working in a fast paced, busy clinic/medical/healthcare setting
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Calm, professional manner
- Genuine commitment and passion to deliver outstanding results at all times
- Background working within a Patient Liaison or Clinic Administrator role, ideally within a private clinic
- Working knowledge of Hormones
