This organisations helps millions of people across the UK, supporting them and helping them to regain their independence.

You will be working Monday to Friday 10am-PM no weekends! You will be transporting service users who have been discharged from hospital and supporting them with day to day activities.

The ideal candidate will have a full drivers license and access to a vehicle, experience working with vulnerable adults and a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

Hourly rate starting from £9
