Are you a professional, well organised and experienced Hospitality Manager looking for work? If this is you, we have a great opportunity to join an established Public Sector employer in the centre of Cardiff.

This role will require someone to be responsible for the daily operational supply and management of a multi-site operation. This covers bar management, catering for events and conferencing.

Duties include:

" Manage all FOH operations of the Conference and Events department
" Develop and improve the service standards offered to customers
" Work closely with senior catering staff to create new opportunities
" To ensure all financial targets are hit and seek out cost saving opportunities
" Lead a team of staff in the delivery of events and conferences, efficiently overseeing events
" Ensure accurate menus, labelling and allergen information. Covering all aspects of brand management and merchandising.
" Organising training around Health & Safety, First Aid, COSHH, food hygiene, etc.
This is an ongoing temporary role whilst this fantastic employer is recruiting on a permanent basis and is likely to lead to further work, potentially leading to something fixed-term or permanent for the right candidate with this employer of choice.
