Salary: £25,463 - £28,221
Hours: Full-time

As Hostel Manager, you will be responsible for day to day management of the service including: Leading and motivating the staff team; maintaining positive relationships with Local Authorities; managing budget for the service; undertaking initial assessments; keeping up to date with records and stats in order to produce regular report; and ultimately ensuring service targets are met.

If you have: staff management experience within Hostels/Substance Misuse/Mental Health/Third Sector settings; excellent communication skills - both written and verbal; and have a full driving license with own vehicle, you may be ideal for this role!
