We are currently recruiting for a Hostel Support worker to work within a probation hostel

Our client runs a probation hostel which can cater for up to 21 adults. As a hostel support worker you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of the clients and the hostel

You will need to be a confident person with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations. Your calm personality will allow you to think fast and make the right decision on how to deal with the task at hand

Ideal candidates will have work experience within a similar environment. You will be required to work various shifts on a rolling rota

For this roll you will need to undertake a DBS check. If you have a current check which is registered on the update service this can also be use

Benefits include an hourly rate of £9.25ph, holiday pay & training

You will need to complete a registration with a BS Social Care Consultant & complete a Care induction prior to starting work
