My client is a highly recognised and well-established Hotel located in Gloucestershire, they are currently seeking a Deputy General Manager to manage the functions of their busy 44 bedroom, 3* Hotel, including a Bar, One Rosette Restaurant and Outdoor Pavilion area.

This is a fast-paced environment which in addition to the Bars & Restaurant is also a highly sought-after Wedding venue, catering for up to approximately 50 weddings a year.

As a Deputy Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate passion and energy to deputise in the absence of the General Manager and lead the team. You will assist the Hotel Manager on the day to day running of the hotel, including executing functions from start to finish, supervising, motivating, training and recruiting your team, coordinating the departments to ensure smooth functioning and above all, delivering exceptional service to all guests.
