Job Description

I am recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist in the Stratford area. The salary range is £7.70 per hour or £8.22 per hour. The position is a full time and permanent job. You will be required to work on a shift pattern including weekends. Shifts can be between the hours of 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/1pm-9pm and you will work 5 days out of 7 days of the week.

THE ROLE

As a hotel receptionist your main responsibility will be to look after the front office, dealing with all customers that come through the door. My client is looking for someone with a great personality, bubbly and enthusiastic. For the ideal candidate they are also looking for someone who is discreet, proactive, versatile and well attentive.


MAIN DUTIES

- Taking bookings and enquires
- Checking customers in and out
- Answering the phone / Directing phones to the appropriate person
- Taking payments
