Job title: Hotel Senior Receptionist
Hours: 40 Monday-Sunday 5 days out of 7 (Split Shifts)
Location: Worcester

My client is one of Worcestershire's most recognised and highly regarded Hotels and due to phenomenal success and continued growth they are currently recruiting for a Senior Receptionist to join their team. The business has a fantastic reputation for the development of their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Hotel Senior Receptionist responsibilities:

" Dealing with reservations and meeting and greeting guests that enter the hotel
" Cash handling and cashing up
" Dealing with enquires over the phone and in person and delegating calls to the Events team and managers
" Supporting the ground staff and management duties in the absence of the Reception Manager and Operations Manager
" Delivering exceptional service constantly


Hotel Senior Receptionist desired Skills and Experience:

" Previous hospitality experience is preferred
" You must have demonstratable experience in customer focussed and customer led roles
" You must be flexible and commit to the shift patterns 7 days out of 5, starting as early as 7am and finishing as late as 11pm
" Your personality and attitude must be professional and welcoming
