As Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of the events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery and execution, being supported by a caring food and beverage team. The role has a predominant office bias however you will need to be equipped with the ability to be operational to oversee weddings and events of all kinds.
Supported by the front office team and an administrator, you will be competent with an enquiry/chase system and manage the day to day administration in this busy, developing department of the hotel. Working alongside the operations manager and reporting to the front office manager, you will need to ensure a consistent and professional level of guest service and care, ensuring visitors receive a heart-warming welcome at all times.
Ideal candidates will be natural communicators with the ability to manage busy events while at the same time constantly delivering exceptional service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
It is essential that you have experience in a similar role within a HOTEL environment, to be considered.
