Job Description

The housekeeper will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning and housekeeping services to ensure the accommodation is presentable, clean and tidy at all times.


Temporary 10 week assignment

30 hours per week, 6 hours a day and will include weekends!

£9.25 per hour


DBS required but Brook Street will take you through the process


Duties will include:

" Cleaning accommodation and staff areas as per designated routine as well as any other ad-hoc requests from line manager
" Carry out inspections and report any defects and missing items to line managers or the maintenance team, paying attention to health and safety-related concerns
" Use appropriate signage to warn of potential hazards (i.e. "wet floor")
" Monitor cleaning stock levels and advise line manager when stocks need replenishing
" Room-setting and other set up other amenities for Summer Stays Programme, Open Days and other activities/events from time to time
" Keep up to date with Health and Safety regulations, including compliance with COVID policies and procedures


All products and equipment will be supplied by ourselves.
Cleaning experience is desirable.
