Housekeeping Team Leader - Telford

Working a 30 hour week which will include weekends working between 7.30am -3.30pm.

A great opportunity to join an established brand on a permanent basis in a central location in Telford.

This is a hands on role and you will be reporting to the Head House Keeper/ Deputy Manager.

You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and communal areas ensuring they meet the company standards and enhance the guests experience. You will need to ensure that faults and maintenance issues are reported swiftly. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for completing staff rota's, ensure that staff adhere to COSHH & H&S regulations ensuring you set the right example for the team.

To be successful you will have previous experience working with a similar role and have experience supervising others. You will need excellent communication skills and be IT proficient with a flexible approach your work.
