If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s head office in the North Liverpool office, you will be expected to operate as a data and information assistant for their inhouse RM system and actively support full services.

Day to day duties in this role will include:
Actively supporting services with the company`s staffing to both improve and reduce agency usage.
Adhering to the company`s policies, practices and procedures.
Monitoring and updating data information of specific employees i.e. their contact details, employee numbers etc.
Investigating payment queries when they have been raised.
Supporting users with technical and operational questions by providing both guidance or the ability to resolve agencies.

Proven data or information experience.
A creative problem solver.
Comfortable using specific IT systems - it would also be an ideal for candidates to hold an IT qualifications or be at a graduate level.
