Job Description

Are you looking for Part-time work? Do you have experience working within housing? Are you looking to make a positive difference in your work? If so, please apply today!

You will be working -
Tuesday 2-6pm/ Wednesday 2-6pm/ Thursday 2-6pm/ Friday 2-6pm and Saturday 8am-1pm.

Your duties will be to support the manager in delivering a high quality of housing management service to the companies Tenants. Your duties will include dealing with tenancy sign ups, rent arrears, compliance, reporting repairs for residential and public area's, H&S and fire protocol and assisting with event organising.

You will have ideally worked within housing management/ property administration or similar previously or have strong office coordination/administration experience and be looking for a part-time job that will include working Saturdays. You must be a driver due to the location and be prepared to be DBS checked.
